Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective: October 26, 2026

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. A refund returns a payment already made. Follow the route through which you purchased.

1. Cancel a subscription

Manage Paddle web purchases through the subscription-management link in your payment email or paddle.net. Cancel Apple or Google purchases through the relevant store subscription settings. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access until the end of the current paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

2. Seven-day Pro trial

The introductory seven-day Pro trial returns to the free plan without automatic billing unless you separately subscribe to a paid plan. A paid subscription you explicitly purchase follows the recurring-payment terms disclosed before purchase.

3. Refund eligibility and consumer rights

Refunds follow applicable law, the terms promised when you purchased and the relevant payment provider’s policy. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defects or incorrect charges are protected; usage alone is not grounds to reject every request. Paddle describes a seven-day cancellation and full-refund request period from the transaction date for South Korean consumers. Country-specific rights apply elsewhere. Beyond mandatory rights, Paddle may review requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction at its discretion; approval is not guaranteed.

4. Existing purchases and annual subscriptions

For new purchases from this policy’s effective date, we do not offer a separate company guarantee of a refund within 14 days for non-use; applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase apply. Customers previously promised that guarantee retain their existing rights. Cancelling an annual plan does not automatically create a proportional refund for unused time. Applicable law, the original agreement, service defects and the purchase channel determine eligibility.

5. Request a refund

For Paddle payments, use the support link on your receipt or https://paddle.net. For Apple or Google in-app payments, use that store’s refund process. For product issues or help submitting a request, email contact@vtouch.io with your account email, order or transaction ID, payment date and a description. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers.

6. Processing and access

Refunds normally go to the original payment method and comply with any mandatory refund deadline. The time until a credit appears on your statement varies by payment method. If a full refund cancels a subscription, the associated paid access ends. For partial refunds or other adjustments, we explain changes to access and their timing. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments and service defects are reviewed for appropriate action. Your right to dispute a payment with your payment provider remains protected.
