Terms of Service
These terms govern WIZPR Vibe software and related websites. Separate terms apply to physical products such as WIZPR Ring, including delivery and warranties.
1. Service and operator
VTOUCH, Inc. provides WIZPR Vibe voice typing and AI editing services. Supported devices, available features, usage limits and prices are described in the app and pricing pages. Features may differ by operating system. Features marked as upcoming or experimental may change or be discontinued.
2. Accounts and age
Account registration is for people aged 14 or older. Higher minimum ages or parental-consent requirements in your country also apply. Paid purchases by minors require any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law; cancellation rights for contracts made without required consent remain protected. Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Voice, AI and history
On-device speech recognition on iPhone, Android, macOS and Windows processes audio on the device and discards it after processing. Choosing a cloud speech model on Windows sends audio to an external processing service. AI post-processing sends the resulting text to cloud servers. Our default is not to store this audio or text content on company servers. If you enable history, records are stored only on your device. 4. Plans and payments
Features, limits, monthly or annual prices, currency and taxes are shown before purchase. A monthly equivalent for an annual plan is a comparison figure; the disclosed annual total is charged. For Paddle web purchases, the Paddle entity shown at checkout and on the receipt acts as merchant of record. Apple and Google in-app purchases follow their respective store payment terms. No purchase-channel terms limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Trial and renewal
The introductory seven-day Pro trial returns to the free plan without an automatic charge unless you separately subscribe to a paid plan. Eligibility and start and end times are shown in the app. Paid subscriptions renew at the interval disclosed and agreed to at purchase. You may cancel before the next renewal.
6. Plan changes, cancellation and deletion
The effective date and any additional charge or credit are disclosed before a plan change is confirmed. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Request account deletion through an available in-app route or contact@vtouch.io. We explain remaining subscriptions and cancellation steps before processing deletion. Store subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately in the relevant store.
7. Acceptable use
You must have the necessary rights to submitted material and respect privacy and other rights. Illegal recording, bypassing security, payment or usage limits, unauthorized resale and disruptive abuse are prohibited. Any fair-use conditions or technical limits for features described as unlimited are disclosed in advance; undisclosed limits are not retrospectively imposed on ordinary use.
8. Content and AI output
Rights in submitted material remain with you or the rightful owner. We process material to perform the features you request. These terms do not grant a general license for advertising or model training. Speech recognition and AI results may contain errors; review them before sending or publishing. Do not use output as a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial judgment. This does not exclude our legal liability.
9. Changes, interruptions and liability
We may change or temporarily interrupt service for security, maintenance, legal compliance or operational needs, with advance notice where foreseeable. Material reductions or discontinuation of paid features are addressed through alternatives, refunds or other appropriate measures under the contract and applicable law. Restrictions for violations are proportionate and include reasons and a way to appeal. We do not broadly exclude mandatory liability, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Updates and contact
We give advance notice of changes to terms or prices, including the reasons and effective date, and obtain any legally required consent. Adverse changes do not apply retrospectively to an existing paid period. Contact contact@vtouch.io about disputes. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction; mandatory consumer protections in your country remain intact.
